  • Wiring Options:
    • Hardwire: 8' of cord with canopy kit. Cord may be cut to desired length (unless UL listed). 
    • Plug-in: 12' of cord with plug. This option is made to order.
    • Track-adapted: 8' of cord with H track adapter. Cord may be cut to desired length (unless UL listed). This option is made to order.
    • Shade Size:
      • 7"D x 8". Due to the nature of handmade products dimensions and appearance may vary slightly.
    • Socket: E26
    • Max Wattage: 100 watt max.
    • Canopy Size: 5"D
    • International customers: Safe for hardwire installation only.

     

            How do I know what length of cord or downrod I need?
            The bottom of your fixture should be 7' from the ground for walk-through areas, and >30" above any dining, island, or side table.
            Can I return the fixture?
            Yes, as long as it is not a an excluded item, more information here. We encourage trying our fixtures to make sure they are exactly what you want. 
            Are your fixtures warrantied?
            Yes, all of our fixtures come with a warranty. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.
            When will I get my order?

            What bulbs can I use?

            You may use any type of fixture that matches the lamp base (E26,G9,etc), including LED, CFL, halogen, and incandescent.

            Are your fixtures safe to install outside of the US?

            Yes, but you must select a hardwire option, or track if suitable for 110V.
